Oxnard Team


Glenn Imoto

Glenn Imoto is our Oxnard Farming Manager, Glenn is a 3rd generation California Strawberry farmer and started working in farming in 1975.  Glenn has garnered a reputation of being one of the top farmers in Oxnard.  Glenn’s ability to balance an immense amount of knowledge along with new technology with his cultural decisions allows us to maintain the quality of our crop and produce great volume and quality for Valentine’s, Easter and Mother’s Day.


Jorge Ambriz

Jorge Ambriz is our Oxnard Production Manager, Jorge manages all our harvest crews in Oxnard.  Jorge has worked for the Jones’ family for over 30 years and has garnered a reputation of treating our employees with respect and creating a very inviting work environment, while also maintaining the quality our customers have come to expect.  His knowledge and communications skills are invaluable for us to reach our goal of providing the highest quality berries in the industry.

Santa Maria Team


Tim Driscoll

Tim Driscoll is our Santa Maria Farming Manager, Tim started in farming in 1970, he started with his family’s company that his Dad and Uncles had started. Tim first worked at their trim shed and then learned farming, field operations, and labor management over several years.  Tim has worked as both labor manager, ranch manager, and farmed both vegetables and strawberries as a business in Salinas Valley for many years.  His diverse background and extensive knowledge of farming helps us provide promotable volume through the summer and fall.


Adrian Orozco

Adrian Orozco is our Santa Maria Production Manager, Adrian manages all our harvest crews in Santa Maria and is instrumental in maintaining quality standards that Bobalu has become known for.  Adrian got his start as a field truck driver but gained a reputation for exceptional communication and his work ethic.  His work ethic and ability to communicate our customers’ needs to ALL our team members is crucial to our ability to maintain our superior quality standards.
