Ingredients
1 pack pre-made cinnamon rolls with icing (we used Pillsbury brand with cream cheese frosting)
1/2 Cup thin sliced Bobalu Strawberries
1/2 Cup diced Bobalu strawberries
Directions
Start by removing the cinnamon rolls from the package as well as the cream cheese. Pull out all the cinnamon rolls and set them individually onto a cutting board, setting the frosting aside to use later. Use a small paring knife to cut along the circular seam of the cinnamon roll.
Once the seam has been cut add in your thin sliced strawberries and roll the seam back together, making sure the strawberries are secure inside the seam. Place into a round baking pan and repeat this process with all remaining cinnamon rolls. Bake according to package directions.
Meanwhile, add the frosting and the diced strawberries to a bowl and mix well to combine. If your frosting is hard to get into the bowl because it’s too cold from the fridge, pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds to heat it up a bit. When the cinnamon rolls are done, pull them out of the oven and immediately top with the frosting and diced strawberries mixture. You want to do this right away to make sure that the frosting melts while the rolls are still hot. Serve immediately and enjoy!
