Ingredients
1 bag chocolate chips (can be white chocolate, dark or milk chocolate)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
6-8 Bobalu Strawberries
12 oz vodka
Directions
Wash berries and pat dry. Add to a bowl. Pour the vodka on top of the strawberries so they are covered with vodka. Let sit 24 -48 hours.
When the berries are ready to be used, add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a separate bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted. We microwaved and stirred 4 times to get a smooth consistency. Once chocolate is completely melted, gently dip the strawberries. We stuck two toothpicks in the top of the strawberry to make it easier to dip.
Once the berries have been dipped, lay them flat on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Let the chocolate set totally (can take up to 30 mins) before eating. We put our dipped berries in the freezer to speed up the process. But if you do this be sure to remove the toothpicks before freezing. Serve and enjoy!
