Ingredients
1 ball burrata
1/2 Cup Bobalu strawberries, sliced
1/3 Cup honey
3 Tbsp honey for drizzle
Handful of nuts (we used pine nuts)
Directions
Mix together honey and balsamic in a bowl well. Add to a saucepan and bring to a sale simmer of medium heat. Let it simmer for 10 mins or until it thickens.
Add burrata ball to a plate and top with sliced strawberries. Drizzle with honey balsamic and sprinkle with nuts. Serve with baguette, crackers or by itself!
