Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 hamburger buns (we used sesame seed)
3 Bobalu strawberries, stems removed and sliced
1-2 oz goat cheese (depending on how much you prefer)
4-6 large fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze to taste
Salt and pepper
Directions
Divide ground turkey into 2 sections. Season with salt and pepper before forming into two patties. Heat a grill to medium low heat and add the patties. Cook about 5 mins each side or until it reaches 165 degrees internally.
In the last few mins of cooking, add the buns to the top rack of the grill to toast. Remove and add your burger patty to the bottom bun, spread with goat cheese and firmly place berries in the goat cheese.
Top with basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy
