Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup water
2 TBSPs granulated sugar
chilled prosecco
Directions
Combine strawberries water and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil. Break the strawberries up with a fork and let them boil for three minutes, stirring constantly.
Transfer to a blender and blend everything well. Allow the strawberry syrup to cool completely.
Transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge for at least an hour. When ready to serve add a few spoonful’s of the syrup to a champagne glass and top with prosecco. Mix well and enjoy.
