
Ingredients
1 C diced Bobalu strawberries
1/2 C vanilla Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
1.5 C milk chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the strawberries, yogurt and honey together well. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, create “clusters” the mixture and spoon it onto the cookie sheet. Let freeze overnight. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl (1 minute on full power, stir then another minute on full power until melted). Dip the frozen strawberry clusters into the melted chocolate and place on the parchment paper and put back into the freezer for another hour. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy!
