Ingredients
Coconut Layer:
- 1 Cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 Cup canned coconut milk
- 1 Cup sweetened coconut flakes
Strawberry Layer:
- 1 pint strawberries stems removed
- 1 Cup vanilla greek yogurt
Directions
Place ingredients for coconut layer into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Then, place ingredients for strawberry layer into the food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
Alternating flavors, pour coconut/strawberry mixtures into popsicle molds until full. Place the “lid” of the popsicle mold on and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
To remove the popsicles, Submerge half of the popsicle molds in warm water for a few minutes, or until popsicles easily “pop” out. Enjoy immediately or re-freeze on a baking sheet. Once re-frozen, place in a gallon sized baggie and store in the freezer.
