1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (we used Pepperidge Farms)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup powdered sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
1.5 Cups sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On parchment lined baking sheet cut your puff pastry in half. Gently fold all the sides of each sheet up to form a crust. In bowl mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread your cream cheese mixture over the top of your puff pastry, inside of the crust. Beat egg and brush it on the sides of the puff pastry. Place your slices of strawberry on top of your cream cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
