2 Cups Bobalu strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1/8 Tsp salt
2/3 Cup unsweetened almond milk
Arrange the strawberries and bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
Transfer the fruit to a food processor or blender fitted with the blade attachment. Add the salt. Process until the fruit is crumbly, about 30 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. With the motor running, pour in the milk very slowly and blend. The bottom portion of the mixture will be smooth, while the top is still crumbly. Stop the machine and scrape everything down again and stir. Process about 2 minutes more.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a lidded airtight container or a loaf pan and freeze until solid.
