Ingredients
1 lb chicken, cut into large chunks
ΒΌ Cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp rosemary
10-12 Bobalu strawberries
To season the chicken:
1 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp season salt
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
Directions
Add chicken and seasoning to a bowl, coat well. Add seasoned chicken in with the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, maple syrup and rosemary. Marinate 2-24 hours.
Once the chicken is done marinating, thread it onto a wooden skewer into a pattern of two pieces of chicken to one strawberry. Each skewer should have 6 pieces of chicken and three strawberries. Cook the kabobs on low for about 10-12 mins, flipping frequently. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 before removing from the grill.
Serve drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
