Ingredients
3/4 Cup sliced Bobalu strawberries
3 Cup low-fat milk
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Mix together the brown sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Then place it on the stove over medium heat. Slowly whisk in the milk. Make sure you keep stirring or whisking the entire time. Cook 8-10 mins.
Once it starts to thicken turn off the stove and remove the pan from the heat while still stirring. Let it cool for a few mins.
Once it’s cooled off, use a spoon to add the chocolate mixture to the molds. Layer the strawberries in between the layers of chocolate. We added two layers to each popsicle.
Cover and freeze overnight. Store in the freezer until ready to eat!
