Ingredients
1 lb Bobalu strawberries stems removed and roughly chopped
1/3 Cup sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Add chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon and zest to a small saucepan. Cook on medium low heat 10-12 min, stirring every minute or two. You will know it’s done once it starts to become more of a sauce and has small chunks of strawberries.
Let the sauce fully cool. Then add to a mason jar to store in the fridge. Use to top your favorite dessert, breakfast pancake or waffle, ice cream, or lemonade!
