Ingredients
Orange Strawberry Cubes for mimosas:
About 1 Cup orange juice
8 Bobalu strawberries, sliced
Fresh mint leaves
Use a standard size ice cube tray or something a little bigger.
Directions
Add a few slices of strawberries and mint leaves to each cube in the tray. Fill to the top with orange juice and let freeze overnight. When ready to serve, just add to a glass and top with champagne.
The best part is that these can be prepped beforehand so all you have to do is add a little (or a lot) of champagne.
