- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/3 Cup oats
- 3 strawberries, stems removed and sliced
- 1 Tbsp sugar-free strawberry jello
- 1 Cup organic coconut flour
Blend protein powder, oats, sugar free jello powder and strawberries in a food processor. The consistency should be similar to a cookie dough. If it’s too crumbly, add in more strawberries but be careful not to add too much because it could get too watery.
Roll the mixture into balls (about the size of a golf ball). Add your cup of coconut flour to plate and individually roll each ball in the flour to coat well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
