Ingredients
2/3 Cup diced strawberries
1 small shallot, chopped
3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
1/3 Cup Olive oil
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend well until everything is combined and smooth and no large strawberry chunks remain. Serve over your favorite salad. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days.
