Ingredients
6 Tbsp agave nectar
6 Tbsp Silver tequila
1/3 Cup White sugar + 1 Cup (for rolling the strawberries in)
1/3 Cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp grated lime zest
1 lb fresh Bobalu strawberries, washed
Directions
Mix agave nectar, tequila, 1/3 C sugar, lime juice and lime zest in a bowl. Add strawberries to a separate bowl and pour the tequila mixture over the strawberries until they are all covered. Let sit overnight. Once ready to serve, pour the 1 cup sugar onto a plate and roll each strawberry in the sugar until totally coated. Serve immediately and enjoy!
