Ingredients
Using just a few simple ingredients, this recipe is prepped and ready in just about 4 mins. The perfect little individual indulgence just for you!
6 Tbsp flour
6 Tbsp sugar (divided)
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Cup milk
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
4 Bobalu strawberries, roughly chopped
Whipped cream for serving
Directions
Grab a microwave safe mug and melt butter, once the butter has been melted mix in remaining ingredients except strawberries and whipped cream. Mix well until most of the lumps are gone.
Microwave for 1 min, 15 seconds. While the cake is heating, chop the strawberries and mix in the 3 Tbsp sugar. Set aside.
When the cake is done use a knife to run around the edges of the mug, removing the cake from sticking to the mug. Turn the mug upside down on a plate and gently shake out the cake. Add whipped cream and top with strawberries, serve immediately.
