Ingredients
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/3 Cup milk
1 egg
1.5 Cups chopped fresh Bobalu strawberries
2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
Line a muffin tin with baking cups and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Once it’s all mixed, add in strawberries and sugar. Fill baking cups 2/3 full with batter and bake according to package directions. If you want to make a traditional cornbread instead of muffins, follow these instructions using a greased baking pan. Once the cornbread has baked and cooled, slice, serve and enjoy!
