(Recipe makes 2 drinks)
- 1 red apple, cored and thinly sliced (we used a gala apple)
- 6 Bobalu strawberries, stems removed and sliced
- 2 oz simple syrup (we use our strawberry simple syrup recipe on the website)
- 8 oz Apple Cider
- 2 oz Whiskey
- Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Fill 2 highball glasses halfway with crushed ice.
Add 1 oz whiskey to each glass. Then add half of the sliced apples and strawberries to each glass, divided evenly. Stack the fruit on top of the crushed ice. Then add 1 oz simple syrup to each glass and top each glass with about 4 oz each of apple cider (or your favorite hard apple cider).
Stir well to mix everything up. You can garnish with a cinnamon stick or fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
